Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM) of the US, the Alliance Director role presents a unique opportunity for an accomplished professional to build a robust book of business by forging alliances with key consulting firms, particularly those specializing in HR transformation and leading technology partners.


  • Strategic Alliance Building:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive joint business planning and partnership strategies with major consulting firms, including Big 4, Global System Integrators (SI), mid-market, and HR transformation consultancies.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Leverage a strong sales background to hit revenue targets by selling into, with, and through third-party partners, specifically targeting enterprise customers.
  • Partner Profiling:
    • Identify, assess, and establish relationships with ideal partners, ensuring alignment with Cloud Academy's vision and business objectives.
  • Joint GTM Planning:
    • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, Joint Business Plans (JBP), and joint product development initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Alliances, and Customer Success teams to enable and support the successful execution of joint initiatives.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in selling consulting services, particularly with leading consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM Consulting, KPMG, CapGemini, EY, Cognizant, Slalom, etc.
  • Technology Partner Collaboration:
    • Utilize historical experience in partnering with technology giants, including but not limited to Workday, Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, to drive synergies and mutual success.

Job requirements


    • Proven track record of success in alliance management, business development, and achieving revenue targets.
    • Extensive experience in selling into enterprise customers through third-party partnerships.
    • Background in consulting or significant experience collaborating with consulting firms.
    • Strong understanding of joint GTM planning, JBP development, and joint product development.
    • Familiarity with major players in the consulting and technology industry, especially in the HR transformation space.
    • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Alliances, and Customer Success teams.
