We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. Our vision is to continuously deliver innovative cloud computing content across the leading social media channels.

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will lead the development and day-to-day management of Cloud Academy communities and forums in the social media space. Your primary focus will be developing creative online campaigns, building connection plans, and executing initiatives across a range of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for exploring new technologies and an understanding of community management, content development, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Source, write, and edit content on a daily basis to support the digital strategy
  • Maintain and develop the organization’s social media plan
  • Lead the creation and planning of global multi-channel social media campaigns to support integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop a Community Management strategy and respond to customer queries
  • Implement the most effective social media tools
  • Manage the social media execution
  • Monitor online conversations about Cloud Academy and related brands and topics

Requirements

  • Must have prior social media interaction experience
  • Some experience using multi-channel digital marketing tools
  • An understanding of how social media interacts with other channels
  • An understanding of how Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook operate
  • Experience using Facebook insights and other analytic and monitoring tools
  • Prior experience writing copy for a variety of audiences and channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn user
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
  • Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency and integrity
